低场强MRCP对低位胆道梗阻的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨低场强磁共振胆管成像(MRCP)在低位胆道梗阻的价值。方法 212例患者分别行低场强、高场强MRCP,其中168例经手术或病理证实,分析两者的诊断符合率,以探讨低场强MRCP对低位胆道梗阻的价值及影像学特点。结果低场MRCP对胆道结石、胆管癌、胰头壶腹部癌和慢性胰腺炎的诊断符合率分别为:96.8%、76.5%、64.1%和72.2%;高场MRCP对胆道结石、胆管癌、胰头壶腹部癌和慢性胰腺炎的诊断符合率分别为:98.9%、88.2%、71.8%和77.8%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低场MRCP与高场MRCP诊断低位胆道梗阻总诊断符合率分别为84.5%和89.2%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论低场MRCP与高场MRCP均可对低位胆道梗阻有着良好的诊断符合率,低场磁共振因为其低廉的价格可成为基层医院胆道系统重要的检查手段。 【Objective】 To investigate the value of low field strength MRCP in low level biliary obstruction disease.【Methods】 Low field strength MRCP and high field strength were performed in 212 patients in which 168 cases were confirmed by surgery or pathology.Diagnosis rate and the value of low field strength MRCP and imaging characteristics of the low biliary obstruction were analyzed.【Results】 Low field MRCP for biliary stones,cholangiocarcinoma,ampullary pancreatic cancer,the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis were: 96.8%,76.5%,64.1%,72.2%;High field MRCP for biliary stones,cholangiocarcinoma,ampullary pancreatic cancer,the diagnosis of chronic pancreatitis were: 98.9%,88.2%,71.8%,77.8%,there was no significant difference between them.【Conclusions】 Low field and high field MRCP MRCP both have a good diagnostic accuracy,low-field MRI because of its low price may become an important primary biliary hospital examination means.
