环孢菌素、雄激素和糖皮质激素联合治疗再生障碍性贫血54例临床分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察环孢菌素、雄激素和糖皮质激素联合治疗再生障碍性贫血的疗效及不良反应。方法 54例再生障碍性贫血患者采用环孢菌素A 5 mg/(kg.d),分两次口服,按病情变化调整用量;雄激素(十一睾酸酮)80 mg/d,分两次口服;糖皮质激素(强的松)30 mg/d,分两次口服,并对症支持治疗6个月后评估疗效。结果 54例再生障碍性贫血患者治疗总有效率为72.2%(39/54),其中重型28例有效率67.9%(19/28),极重型12例有效率33.3%(4/12);26例非重型有效率76.9%(20/26)。结论环孢菌素、雄激素和糖皮质激素联合可作为治疗再生障碍性贫血有效的方法。 【Objective】 To evaluate the efficacy and adverse events of cyclosporin,androgen and glucocorticosteroid combination therapy in aplastic anemia.【Method】 Fifty-four patients diagnosed as aplastic anemia were administered 5 mg/(kg·d) cyclosporin,80 mg/d androgen and 30mg/d glucocorticosteroid orally with supportive treatment for 6 months and responses were evaluated.【Result】 Of 54 patients enrolled and treated in the study,the overall rate of efficacy was 72.2%(39/54).In 28 patients with severe aplastic anemia(SAA),12 patients with very severe aplastic anemia(VSAA) and 26 patients with non-severe aplastic anemia(Non-SAA),the efficacy rate was 67.9%(19/28),33.3%(4/12) and 76.9%(20/26) respectively.【Conclusion】 Cyclosporin,androgen and glucocorticosteroid combination therapy is effective in aplastic anemia.
