“钱才”集聚论与我国金融中心建设

On "Money and Talent" Convergence in China’s Financial Center Growth

本文在梳理金融中心相关文献的基础上,提出金融中心的"钱才"集聚论,认为金融中心实质上是金融资源相对集聚的场所,而金融资本和金融人才的集聚则是各类金融资源集聚的基础。我国金融中心建设需要把握金融资源集聚的关键环节,创造良好的环境,促进"钱"、"才"等金融资源集聚。

This paper examines,from the viewpoint of financial agglomeration,the development of financial centers from sourcing capital and talent.We also examine the relationship between the growth of a financial center and its ability to source both capital and talent.Building an international financial center is the only way to develop a market economy and further reform and opening up in China.This paper concludes that China should improve the financial system,accelerate the financial openness and create a good financial and ecological environment.Through these actions,we can actively promote international and regional agglomeration of capital and senior financial talents,and enhance the competitiveness of Chinas’ international and regional financial centers.
