摘要
指标体系的构建是区域能源可持续发展评估的重要前提。本文结合区域能源、经济与环境等政策议题,初步建立了整合性的区域能源可持续发展指标体系。利用该指标体系,对广东、山西、青海和新疆这几个典型区域的能源可持续发展能力做了分析,检验了本指标体系的指标选择和权重设定的合理性,并对四省区构建可持续能源发展体系提出了相应的发展建议。
Construction of the indicator system is the important prerequisite for regional sustainable energy development evaluation.This paper initially establishes an integrative regional energy sustainable development indicator system which combines issues such as energy,economics,sustainable energy development evaluation and environment.Then,the energy sustainable development ability of typical areas（Guangdong province,Shanxi province） were analyze using the indicator system.Results shows that the selected indicators and weight set in this indicator system were reasonable.Reasonable suggestions were given based on the result of evaluation.
