改进了技术意味着进步,是多数技术史家的基本信念。本文分析技术进步论的困难,通过三个命题说明技术演化的异化性质,论证异化技术史观的合理性。在结语部分,从异化技术史观出发,提出对于技术运用的合理态度。

It is major historical view of technology that the improved technology means progress.After displaying the difficulty about the view of technological progress,this article tries to disclose the alienation quality of technology development and to demonstrate the rationality of the historical view of technology alienation by means of three propositions and Hegel philosophy.Based on the historical view of technology alienation,a logical proposal dealing with technology is brought forward in the epilogue.
