This paper makes an analysis on the current development of the technology market in Northeast Region firstly,summarizes its characteristics;Then it uses SWOT method to analyze the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of technology market in Northeast Region,and it uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to quantitatively analyze on the environment factors that affect development of technology market in Northeast Region,thereby proposes strategic options of technology market in Northeast Region.
