组织内部网络知识流动的激励机制研究 被引量:3

Research on Motivation Mechanism for the Flow of Knowledge within Internal Network of Organization

摘要 通过对不同网络结构下节点知识流动行为和组织面临的激励困境进行分析得出:对聚类系数大的网络结构,应采取基于组织内部知识流动行为和共同业绩的整体激励模式;对聚类系数小的网络应采取基于节点行为和相对业绩比较的个体激励模式;对平均路径长度大的网络应采取结合信号传递的外在激励模式;对平均路径长度小的网络应采取内在激励模式,并关注轴心节点。组织需对网络结构的两个维度进行综合考虑,为促进组织内部网络的知识流动提供激励方案。 There are differences of the applicability of motivation mechanism under the different network structure.The main characteristic parameters of network are the clustering coefficient and the average path length.This article analyzes the network nodes behavior during the flow of knowledge,motivation dilemma and motivation mechanism under the different network structure from the two dimensions to provide motivation program for promoting the flow of knowledge within the internal network of organization.
