传统机器翻译存在着一些问题,影响了其应用效果。本体与机器翻译的结合,能给机器翻译带来变革。基于领域本体重用的机器翻译系统能有效解决传统机器翻译中存在的一些问题,而基于重用的领域本体构建是该机器翻译系统的核心。当然,该机器翻译系统也存在歧义问题和领域本体的自动构建问题,但已有相关技术与方法来解决这些问题。

There are several shortcomings in traditional machine translation,which influencing the effects of its application.The conjunction of ontology and machine translation can bring revolution for machine translation.The machine translation system based on the reusing of domain ontology can solve effectively some matters.The construction of domain ontology based on reuse is the core of the machine translation system.Of course,there are some problems in the system,such as the ambiguity,the auto-construct of domain ontology,fortunately,there are related technologies and tools to overcome.
