摘要
以市售湖北特大磷矿区内远安县荷花镇品位较低的磷矿为样本,分析了该磷矿石的成分,得出该磷矿石中各主要成分的质量分数为:P2O524.04%,CaO 49.17%,Fe2O31.49%,Al2O31.95%,MgO 3.22%,SiO27.32%。基于此数据,本文采用了稀硫酸方法对该矿石进行了富集实验研究。富集后P2O5品位可以提高至29.91%,接近于富矿P2O5品位,且其他对磷肥生产有害的杂质的质量分数也降低了,富集后的磷矿可以满足生产14%过磷酸钙的要求。
Taking low grade phosphate rock from Hubei province as sample,component of the phosphate rock was analyzed.The results showed that the mass fractions of main components in the phosphate rock were P2O5 24.04%,CaO 49.17%,Fe2O3 1.49%,Al2O3 1.95%,MgO 3.22%,SiO2 7.32%.On the basis of the data,research on enrichment of the phosphate rock was carried out by adopting dilute sulfuric acid method.The grade of concentrated phosphate rock could be increased to 29.91%,and the mass fraction of other impurities that was harmful for phosphate fertilizer production could be decreased also,so the concentrated phosphate rock could meet the requirements of producing 14% calcium superphosphate.
