摘要
工业节能减排机制及资源环境影响给硼矿山开发造成了很大的环境压力,为此开展硼工业生态化研究,建设硼工业生态系统已成为硼行业现实需求。本文提出了硼工业生态化研究的理论基础,包括热力学及工业生态学理论方法体系;结合硼资源开发全流程具体情境,指明影响硼工业生态化的内在、外在影响因素包括技术、经济、环境生态及产业体制等;在此基础上,尝试采用热力学及工业生态学交叉理论方法进行硼工业生态化评价基准方向的探讨。研究表明,从系统工程角度,从热力学及工业生态学等多学科交叉视角,全面分析硼工业生态化影响因素,并构建硼资源开发全流程的评价基准已成为硼工业生态化未来发展方向,开展此方面的研究,具有较强的学术价值及现实意义。
Policy of energy-saving and emission reduction in industry production and environmental impact of resource development brought about great environmental pressure,so the study on ecologicalization of boron industry and the construction of boron industry ecosystem had become real requirements of boron industry.Theoretical basis of the study on ecologicalization of boron industry that included thermodynamics and industry ecology was put forward in the paper.Incorporating with whole process of specific circumstance of boron resource development,it was indicated that internal and external factors of affecting boron industry ecologicalization included technology,economy,environmental ecology,industry system and others.On the basis of above mentioned,intersecting theoretical method of thermodynamics with industry ecology was adopted to discuss reference direction of boron industry ecology evaluation.Research results indicated that the evaluation reference of whole flow of boron resource development had become future development direction of boron industry ecology,and it had high academic value and practical meaning to carry out the research.
