产品市场竞争对高管激励效应影响的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 产品市场竞争提高了高管报酬的激励效果。与国企相比,产品市场竞争对民营企业高管报酬激励效果的提高更为显著;与竞争弱的行业相比,在竞争强的行业里高管报酬的激励效果更好。产品市场竞争程度影响企业报酬机制的安排,在不同的竞争环境下企业应采用不同的报酬契约安排。在我国只单纯地强调高管的报酬激励而忽视其外部治理环境是片面的、不完善的。在建立健全企业高管报酬激励机制的同时,也应建立有效的市场竞争机制,这样才能更好地发挥报酬激励机制的作用。
