利用形态性状和SSR标记进行玉米品种的特异性鉴定 被引量:11

Identification of Distinctness of Maize Varieties Using Morphological Characters and SSR Molecular Markers

摘要 利用玉米DUS测试技术对20份玉米自交系的47个形态性状进行了调查,并进行SSR标记检测,结合这20份自交系的形态差异值和分子差异值进行品种特异性鉴定标准的分析。结果表明,根据20份自交系的差异值得出形态差异值≥2作为特异性判定的标准;根据形态差异值和分子差异值列出一个散点图,散点图表明形态差异值≥2和分子差异值≥2在判定品种的特异性上一致。因此,可以用分子标记差异值≥2作为品种特异性判定的标准,即SSR标记在两个及两个以上位点不同可以判定为不同品种。 Investigated 20 inbred lines using 47 morphological characters in maize tests of DUS and with SSR molecular markers, analyzed the identification distinctness of varieties according to morphological differential value and molecular differential value for 20 inbred lines.The results indicated that the confirmed the criterion of identification distinctness was morphological differential value ≥2 according to the table of differential value based on 20 inbred lines. Protracted dispersal chart corresponding the morphological differential value and molecular differential value using 20 inbred lines. The dispersal chart indicate that morphological differential value ≥ 2 and molecular differential value ≥ 2 is consistently with identify distinctness of varieties. So, the criterion of identification distinctness of varieties could be using molecular differential value ≥ 2. That, the SSR molecular marker loci in two or more dif- ferent can be determined for different species.
