摘要
采用对氨基苯磺酸-盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法测定了花椒水浸液对亚硝酸盐的清除率,用滤纸片和试管法分别测定花椒水浸液对亚硝酸盐生成菌的抑制作用和最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明花椒水浸液对亚硝酸盐具有较强的清除作用,且也能抑制亚硝酸盐生成菌。
The nitrite scavenging activity of water extraction from prickyash pee was measured by spectrometry with sulfanilie acid and naphthalene ethylene diamine hydrochloric acid as reagents.Colletotrichum musae were used to determine their antimiembial activity and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)by methods of filter paper mensuration and tube culttrre.The results showed that the extraction of prickyash pee was unstable and exhibited good nitrite scavenging activity and good antimiembial effects.
