摘要
采用4:1的硝酸和高氯酸的混酸体系作为消化液进行样品消解,火焰原子吸收分光光度法(AAS)测定了王守义"十三香"中六种微量元素的含量。结果表明,十三香中Mg、Ca、Fe含量丰富,Mn、Zn、Cu含量较少。
Metal elements Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn,Ca and Mg in ＂Shi sanxiang＂ were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The samples were digested by HNO3-HClO4 with a proportion of 4∶1.The results show that the contents of Mg,Ca and Fe were rich.But the content of Zn,Mn and Cu were low.
