摘要
目的: 研究驻极体对成纤维细胞生长周期的影响及其调控机制。方法: 利用流式细胞术通过二维点图研究聚四氟乙烯( P T F E)驻极体对成纤维细胞(3 T3)生长周期的时相参数的影响。结果: (1)负极性 P T F E驻极体作用于3 T3 细胞24 h 后, S期内的细胞数明显增加。(2)负极性驻极体在促进细胞生长的同时对部分细胞有促进其凋亡的作用。(3)正极性驻极体作用于3 T3 细胞24 h 后, G1 期内的细胞数增加, G2 期和 S期中的细胞数减少。结论: 负极性驻极体具有促进细胞生长的作用,正极性驻极体具有抑制 3 T3 细胞生长的作用。
Objective: To study the influence of electret field on fibroblast cell cycle and to probe its mechanism. Methods: The effect of teflon (PTFE) electret on the parameter of fibroblast cell cycle with flow cytometry in 2 dimentional dot diagram was studied. Results: (1) After 24 h action of negative PTFE, the cell number in S phase increased. Negative electret could improve cell growth. (2) Negative electret not only enhanced the growth of cells, but also enhanced the apoptosis of cell. (3) After 24 h action of positive electret on fibroblast, the cell number in G 1 phase increased, while the cell number decreased in S and G 2 phase. Conclusion: Negative electret may improve cell growth. Positive electret could block some cell in G 1 phase. So it may restrain the cell growth of fibroblast.
