关于我国现代大学制度改革困境及路径的思考

Our Country's Modern College Regime Reform Dilemma and Its Countermeasures Thinking

我国现代大学制度改革难以推进一方面限于政府对大学的行政干预,另一方面大学自身存在诸多缺陷。基于此,选择科学理念指导下的大学去行政化和政府资助下的高校自治作为大学制度改革路径,认清政府与大学间相对独立而又密切联系的辩证关系,实现大学体制的改革。

China＇s modem university system reform is difficult to promote, one reason is that it limited by the government administrative intervention, the other reason is the university itself have many defects. Based on this, we choice the university non-administration under the guidance of scientific concepts and the university autonomy funded by government as the reform＇s routes, and recognize the relatively independent and closely contact dialectic relationship between government and universities to realize this reform.
