University autonomy is the product of human reason and wisdom. Since the birth in the 12th century, French universities have been looking for tmiversity autonomy, Based on the analysis of higher education in France, and from the view of autonomy of French universities, this paper analyzes ＂De-administration＂ of universities in our country.
