大学生社会化问题的思考与对策

Thinking and Countermeasures of Socialization of University Students Problems

随着大学生社会化形式的日益多样化和复杂化,大学生社会化问题越来越受到社会的普遍关注。高等学校应如何发挥教育和引导作用,帮助大学生做好社会角色定位,提高大学生适应社会、改造社会的能力,促进大学生顺利实现社会化,是新形势下高校思想政治教育面临的新课题。本文从当前大学生社会化过程所面临的问题入手,提出了解决大学生社会化问题的对策。

With the increasingly diversified forms and complicated of college students＇ socialization, college students＇ socialization problems attract more and more attention of the society. How should higher colleges play their educational and guidance roles in oder to help student to be better locate their social role and improve their adjustment ability, remold ability and so on. This paper base on the new topics that current colleges ideological and political education facing to raises some countermeasures.
