初中教师幸福感的量表编制

摘要 目的:有效地评定初中教师的幸福感。方法:对54名初中教师进行开放式问卷调查,并对30名初中教师进行质性访谈,在理论建构的基础上编制出《初中教师幸福感问卷》,对284名初中教师进行了问卷调查。结果:初中教师幸福感的结构模型由五个维度组成,即教学成就感、教学本身、学生管理、社会支持、教学改革和自我提升。该量表的系数达到0.658~0.876,符合心理测量学的标准。运用验证性因素分析,GFI=0.924,RMSEA=0.05,2/df=2.183,说明本量表具有较好的结构效度。结论:该量表可以作为评定初中教师幸福感的工具。 Objectives To assess happiness on teachers in junior middle school effectively. Method: The open questionnaire survey was conducted on 54 secondary teachers' happiness.Then,the researcher carried out qualitative interviews on 30 junior middle school teachers.The Questionnaire of Junior Middle School Teachers' Happiness was worked out on the basis of the theoretical construction, and used to conduct a survey on 284 junior middle school teachers. Results The structural model of the junior middle school teachers' happiness contained-5 dimensions, including teaching achievement, teaching itself, management on student, social support, educational reform and self-improvement. The Questionnaire's Cronbach = 0.658-0.876, conforming to the criterion of psychological measurement index. Confirmatory factor analysis showed, GFI =0.924, RMSEA = 0.05, 2/dr=-2.183, which indicated good construct validity. Conclusion The questionnaire could be used as a valid tool to assess happiness on teachers in junior middle school. '
