传统环境下由于时空的限制,教学实践知识积累存在诸多困难。运用网络平台开展各种紧密结合教师教学的学习活动和研究活动可以有效地记录和积累教学实践性知识。本文把实践知识积累分为个人积累与团队积累,通过开展一系列活动,真正把实践知识积累落实到教师日常工作中。

Due to the limit on time and space under traditional environment, teaching practise knowledge accumulation meets many problems. Using network platform to carry out kinds of learning activities and research activities that closely combining the teachers＇ teaching can effectively mark and accumulate teaching practical knowledge, This paper divided the knowledge accumulation into individual accumulation and team accumulation, by conducting a series of activities, carry out the real practice knowledge accumulation into teachers daily work.
