系部教务员承担着上承教务办、下传系所在班级的角色,教务工作效率的提高不仅要求教务员本身具备较高的自身素质,同时在很大程度上还依赖于班干部的执行效率。这项工作除了对班干部工作能力和细心负责等要求外,班干部积极性、基本的教务知识和师生沟通能力及更好地配合系部教务员顺利地完成工作任务,保证了整个学校教务工作的稳定性和学校的可持续发展性。

Department academic member plays as a bridge which connects academic affairs office with department classes. Im- provement of academic work efficiency depends not only on their own ability of academic work but also relies on the execution efficiency of class leader to a great extent which conners with their productive capacity and carefulness.Besides,it also needs the enthusiasm, academic knowledge and communication skills with academic member. Only in this way the stability of academic work and sustainable development of school could be guaranteed.
