班集体作为学生成长过程中的一个重要组成部分,要是学生成长的摇篮。实践证明,良好的班集体能始终激励着学生不断进取、主动、健康地成长。笔者结合学习和教学工作实践,认为加强班级管理,提升班级凝聚力是关键。

It has been found that, good class can always inspires students constantly forging ahead, active and healthy growth. The author combine with learning and teaching practice, hold the point that strengthening class management is the key point of enhancing class cohesion.
