摘要
本文作者根据亲身参与西南交通大学众多班级文化建设现状的调查并结合自身长期担任班长的切身感受,分析了高校班级文化建设存在的问题,并针对问题提出了人本主义下班级文化建设的新模式。
This paper due to the author＇s many years engaged in Xian Jiaotong University and survey the current situation of many class culture construction and long-term feeling as a monitor, then analyse current problems in college class culture, and put forward new mode of class culture construction under humanism.
