The paper analyses the evidence of the strategic policy of Jin - merchant＇ s tea trade by using the SWOT. According to Jin - merchant＇ s competitive strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, it unites the strategy of Jin - merchants and inner and externalities in business, which can improve the adaptive ability for Jin - merchant＇ s tea trade. In this way, we can work out some plans which are truthfulness and can bring the most profits. All of these can be considered as a good strategic policy for the modern enterprises.
