摘要 采用超越对数随机前沿生产函数模型,对山东、陕西、山西苹果种植农户生产要素投入状况做了实证分析,并通过二次分析法对技术效率及影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:在所调查的样本农户中,户主的年龄和每年接受培训的次数对技术效率负效应,受教育年限对技术效率有正效应,但统计上不显著。而种植果树的年限,即生产者的经验和果农的种植规模和地区虚变量对技术效率的影响都具有统计显著性,其中从业者的生产经验和农户的种植规模对农户技术效率有明显的促进作用。 This paper employs three stages DEA model to conduct empirical research in technical efficiency of pro - environment industries in 30 provinces in 2003 - 2007 china, excluding the factors of environment and statistical noisy. The findings are the following: (1) the whole technical efficiency of our country's pro -environment in- dustries is only 0. 621 and it is still low. The economics of scale is the key crux. ; (2) the level of economic development, industrial structure, industrialization rate and investment in environmental protection project number is the effect of China's environmental protection industry technical efficiency level of important factor (3) there is discrepancy between regions and the rate of the technical efficiency of east, middle and west part is 0. 684, 0. 668, 0. 524 respectively.
