摘要
区域创新体系(简称"R IS")的形成和发展是诸多因素共同作用的结果,在构建以研发投入、经济结构、基础设施、对外开放程度和创新政策等五大因素为基础的影响R IS构建与发展的五因素分析模型的基础上,以湖北武汉2000～2009年间创新活动数据为数据样本,对该模型进行实证分析和验证,为区域创新体系的实践提供参考和启示。
The formation and development of the regional innovation system （RIS） is the result of working of many factors. On the basis of the five - factors - analysis model of R ＆ D investments, economic structure, infrastructure, openness and innovation policy etc factors, we make an empirical analysis to the model by use of the in- novation activities data（2000 -2009） of Wuhan. The research results provided the important reference and guides for the practice of RIS, and also provided a unique perspective and inspiration for the in - depth study of regional Innovation system.
