手术治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离的体会

The clinical practice of surgery for contusive ciliary detachment

目的探讨治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离的最佳手术方法。方法对45例挫伤性睫状体脱离的病例进行睫状体固定缝合术。结果45例手术全部成功，术后眼压较术前平均升高9.98mmHg。视力均有明显提高，治愈率100％。结论睫状体固定缝合术是治疗挫伤性睫状体脱离最直接的理想的手术方法。

Objective To explore the best method of treatment for contusive ciliary detachment. Methods Cyclopexy were performed on 45 cases with contusive ciliary detachment. Results This surgery were successful in all the cases, the average value of intraocular pressure increase was 9.98 mmHg after operation, the vision were improved significantly and the cure rate were 100%. Conclusion Cyclopexy is the most direct and ideal sur gical method for contusive ciliary detachment.
