糖尿病性白内障的超声乳化术

The phacoemulsification of diabetic cataract

目的探讨糖尿病性白内障的超声乳化术对视力、角膜散光、视网膜病变的影响。方法80例（88眼）糖尿病性白内障在门诊施行超声乳化木。结果术后1天视力0．6以上54眼（61．4％），术后3月视力1．0以上50眼（56．8％）。术后角膜散光度数逐渐减少，由循规性散光向逆规性散光转变。并发症主要有前房纤维素性渗出及糖尿病性视网膜病变加重。结论术后可极大的改善现力并且有利于观察病情进展，为进行眼底激光治疗提供了条件。

Objective Study the effect in ocular vision, corneal astigmatism and retinopathy after phaco with diabetic cataract.Methods Phaco were per formed in 80 cases(88 eyes) of diabetic cataract in outpatient service, Results Ocular vision aboe 0.5 in 54 eyes(61. 4%) after one day, dbove 1.0 in 50 eyes(56. 8%)after 3 monthes .Comeal astigmatism de gree was decreased gradually after surgery, astigmatism with the rule was charged to astigmatism against the rule gradually.Main complications concluded, cellulose filtration in anterior chamber and aggravation in dia betic retinopathy.Conclusion After surgery ocular vision can improved extremely, and it is convinieoce to observe disease developing. All these can give good sotutions to perform ocular fundus laser therapy.
