摘要
目的了解护士心理授权状况,并探讨其在工作领域的影响因素,为提高护理人员心理授权水平提供参考依据。方法通过便利抽样法抽取6所医院1000名护士,采用心理授权量表进行调查。结果护士心理授权总均分为(3.51±0.52),其中工作意义、自我效能、自主性和工作影响4维度均分分别为(4.12±0.55)、(3.73±0.72)、(3.41±0.70)、(2.79±0.79)。护士的心理授权得分随年龄和工龄的增长而增长,职称、职务、人事状况、医院等级不同的护士心理授权水平得分差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论护士心理授权处于中等水平,随时间和经验的积累而增强,管理者应重视护士的有效授权感知,进一步提高其心理授权水平。
Objective:To investigate psychological empowerment status of nurses,and analyze the impact of the work field variable on psychological empowerment,in order to provide reference basis of enhancing psychological empowerment levels of nurses for healthcare managers. Methods :1000 nurses in six hospitals were recruited by convenience sampling method and investigated with psychological empowerment scale and generalized information questionnaire. Results:The mean score of psychological empowerment was (3.51-+0.52). The mean score for the meaning of work,self-efficacy,automony,impact of work were (4.12~0.55),(3.73-+0.72),(3.41-+0.70),(2.79-+ 0.79),respectively.The score of the psychological empowerment went up with the nurses" age and the seniority. There were significant difference on nurses" psychological empowerment in the professional title,profession technique post personnel status and rank of hospital(p〈 0.05). Conclusion:The nurses" psychological empowerment was in a middle level,and along with the accumulation of age and the length of service. It is necessary to pay more attention to nurses" psychological empowerment,so as to promote the quality of health care.
