连续弧形撕囊与开罐式截囊的效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects between continuous are capsulorhexis and can opener

目的探讨连续弧形撕囊的效果。方法采用连续弧形撕囊行老年性白内障囊外摘出及囊袋内人工晶状体植入术，64例80眼；同时以开罐式截囊61例73眼作为对照。结果术后1周散瞳后房角镜检查。连续弧形撕囊组72眼（90．0％）人工晶状体双襻在囊袋内，虹膜色素脱落16眼（20．0％）。而开罐式组40眼（54．8％）双襻在囊袋内，虹膜色素脱落38眼（52．1％）。结论连续弧形撕囊增加了人工晶状体囊袋内固定比例，虹膜色素脱落明显减少。

In order to explore clinical effects of continuous circular capsulorhexic. Methods Extracapsular age-related cataract extraction with continuous are capsulorhexis and IOL implantation was performed on 64 cases (80 eyes) .The control was can opener capsulectomy made in 61 cases (73 eyes). Results The loops of IOL were observed by gonioscopy under mydriasis 1 week after the operation,The fixation of both loops in the capsular bag was found in 72 eyes (90.0% ) in capsulorhexis group and 40 eyes (54. 8% ) in 'can opener' group. Iridal discolouration was found in 16 eyes (20.0%) in capsulorhexis group and 38 eyes (52.1% ) in 'can opener' group. Conclusion The capsulorhexis increse the chance of achieving afixation of IOL in the bag and decrease obviously iridal discolouration.
