青光眼滤过术后脉络膜脱离人血白蛋白的治疗

The therapy with human albumin infusion in the post-operative choridal detachment after glaucoma filtering operation

目的评价人血白蛋白静脉输入在青光眼滤过术后脉络膜脱离的疗效。方法对11眼滤过术后球形脉络膜脱离采用20％人血白蛋白50ml静脉输入1次，并配合使用常规疗法。结果用药后前房轴深24小时增加0．5CT以上，48小时增加1CT以上者为72．7％；48小时增加0、5CT以上，72小时增加1CT以上者100％，脉络膜脱离随之复位。结论人血白蛋白静脉输入是治疗青光眼滤过术后脉络膜脱离的一种简单而收效快的方法。

Objectives To evaluate the clinical of human albumin infusion in the post-operative choroidal detachment after glaucoma filtering opera tion.Methods 50 ml, 20% human albumin infusion were once used to treat the post-operative choroidal detachment of glaucoma filtering opera tion, combining with theroutine therapy in eleven eyes. Results Aften in fusion the depth of the anterior chamber axis increased to 0. 5 CT more in 24 hours, 1 CT or more in 48 hours acounting for 72. 7%; increased to 0.5CT or more in 48 hours; 1 CT or more in 72 hours, acounting for 100%,and then the choroidal detachment were reattached.Conclusion The application of the human albumin infusion in the post-operative choroidal detachment of glaucoma filtering operation is a simply and ef fective medication.
