双腰穿针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂

Double spinal needle probing method in the management of old laceration of lacrimal canaliculus

目的介绍双腰穿针法治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂。方法第一根腰穿针经上泪点泪道探通，并以其为支撑行泪总管或泪囊切开。第二根腰穿针经下泪小管、泪总管或泪囊切口泪道深通的同时退出第一根腰穿针，泪道冲洗挂线，逆行硅胶棒置入，下泪小管与泪总管或泪囊吻合。结果14例中除1例泪点撕裂轻微溢泪外，均一次治愈。结论该术式操作及术后处理简便，成功率高。

Objective To introduce a double spinal needle probing method in the management of old laceration of lacrimal canaliculus.Methods After lacrimal probing through upper lacrimal canaliculus, a dacryocystotomy was made and through both the lower lacrimal eananliculus and the dacryocystotomy,the second spinal needle was probed into the lacrimal duct.After retrograde eatheterization of silicone cone, canaliculodacry ostomy was finally made,Results Of all 14 cases managed, 13 cases were successfully reconstructet, one has epiphora because of laceration of punctum.Conclusion The above method is easy both operatively and postoperatively with high success of reconstruction.
