先天性眼睑综合征的整形手术

The plastic operations for congenital eyelids syndrome

目的探讨先天性眼睑综合征的整形疗效。方法对21例2～14岁患儿，一期应用改良的Y－V矫正法及部分行外眦开大术，矫正内眦赘皮内眦宽距及小睑裂。二期应用额肌瓣悬吊术矫正上睑下垂。结果随访3月～3年，睑裂长由术前的20．75±1．75mm达到术后的27．25±0.75mm，内眦间距由术前的44．5±4．5mm缩短到术后的34．5±2．5mm，睑裂高度≥6mm，上睑下垂矫正，外观满意。结论对先天性眼睑综合征应用此分期手术方法，术式简单，整形效果满意。

Objective To study tha clinical result of the plastic operations for congenital eyalids syndrome.Methods Twenty one patients were treated. The age ranged from 2 to 14 years.In the first phase,an improved Y-V plasty was used,and the lateral canthoplasty was used too for some of pa tientis at same time to correct epicanthus and hypertelorisum of medial canthus.In the second phase,transplantaion of frontal muscle to the up per tarsus was used to correct ptosis.Results Followed up for 3 ~ 36 months,the eyelid length increased from 20.75 ± 1 .75mm before opera tion to 27.25 ± 0.75mm,annd the distance between medial canthus de creased from 44.5 ± 4.5mm before operation to 34.5 ± 2.5mm. It was over 6 mm that the palebral fissure was corrected. The appearance was satisfying.Conclusions It is simple and satisfyin gmethod to cure congen ital eyelids syndrome.
