摘要
东日本大地震及其引发的核危机给日本能源电力领域带来深刻影响。立足于日本的能源资源禀赋,结合其电源结构和电网发展的特点,系统分析了震后短期内日本电力供需形势及应对措施,并从一次能源、电源结构、电网建设等3个层面分析了中远期日本解决电力短缺、弥补核电缺口的可行途径。分析了日本核危机可能给世界核电发展、国际能源市场、产业链格局等方面带来的影响。
The East Japan earthquake and resulting nuclear crisis have a profound impact on the Japan' s energy and electricity field. Based on the energy and resource endowments and the characteristics of power structure and grid deelopment, the short-term power supply and demand situation after the disaster are systematically analyzed and related measures are suggested. Also, the long-term solutions to resolve the power shortage and to make up the nuclear energy gap are discussed from the aspects of primary energy, power structure and grid construction. Finally, the impact of the disaster on the worldwide nuclear development, international energy market and industrial chain pattern are forecasted.
