智能电网岛屿试验分析及方案设计

摘要 智能电网规划试点是当前重要工作。智能电网岛屿试验能实现从发电、输变电、用电、调度等环节的综合试验,可以为大规模智能电网的建设提供借鉴。介绍了国内外智能电网岛屿试验的试点发展情况,分析了智能电网孤岛试验的必要性和有利因素,结合我国部分岛屿现状特点,分析了智能电网岛屿试验的方案、步骤和关键问题。提出必须抓住岛屿电网的本质特点和关键因素,加快实施智能电网岛屿试验。 Smart grid planning and piloting is very critical at current stage. Island smart grid test allows a comprehensive test of different aspects including power generation, transformation, transmission, utilization and dispatch. It can provide references for large-scale smart grid construction. The progresses of island smart grid tests at home and abroad are introduced and the necessity and favorable factors of the tests are analyzed. According to the present status and characteristics of certain islands in China, possible steps and key problems of island smart grid test are also discussed. It can be concluded that implementation of this kind of tests should be accelerated.
