摘要
运用高电压技术、继电保护、电路理论等综合知识,排除了因电流互感器(TA)一次电流串入二次绕组等因素造成的诸多假象,全面还原了多因素、多发展过程的TA爆炸事故完整面貌,提出了准确进行事故分析的多条可借鉴的方法和防范类似事故的具体措施;特别是提出了必须确保运行中的TA二次绕组排列顺序正确,否则TA短路时将导致故障电流持续时间大幅增加,可能衍生更严重的其他电力设备损坏和系统稳定破坏事故,对于线路TA等还会扩大停电范围。
With comprehensive knowledge such as the high-voltage engineering, relay protection and circuit theory, the pseudo morphs resulted from current transformer (TA) primary current leak into secondary windings are ruled out and a complete process of TA explosion accident is reproduced. An accurate accident analysis method and prevention measures for similar accidents are proposed. The correct secondary windings order is required to avoid the increase of the fault current duration during TA short circuit. Otherwise, the TA short-circuit may bring more serious damage to other electrical equipment and system stability. The power outage range also expends greatlv for line TA fault.
