甜杏仁对实验性高脂血症鹌鹑血清SOD和MDA影响的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的: 采用高胆固醇饮食造成鹌鹑的高脂血症,观察实验过程中氧自由基清除酶系统、脂质过氧化反应和心肌超微结构的改变,同时观察不同剂量甜杏仁及地奥心血康的抗氧化作用。方法: 将64 只雄性、60 d 鹌鹑随机分成 4 组,均给予高胆固醇饮食,其中 2 组作为治疗组,甜杏仁 1 组(用新疆甜杏仁粉,按每天20 g/kg 喂养);甜杏仁2 组(按每天10 g/kg 喂养);药物对照组(用地奥心血康按每天200m g /kg 喂养);单纯高胆固醇饮食组。以上各组均喂养 60 d 后全部杀死取血清及做电镜标本进行评价。结果:(1)高胆固醇饮食可降低血清超氧化物歧化酶( S O D)活性及血清高密度脂蛋白( H D Lch)含量,增加血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛( M D A)含量,总胆固醇( Tch)与 H D Lch 比值增高,且促进心肌细胞的退化性改变。(2)甜杏仁饮食能增加 S O D、 H D Lch,降低 M D A 及 Tch/ H D Lch 比值,甜杏仁剂量越大效果越好。(3)地奥心血康组与较高剂量甜杏仁组有相同的作用。结论:提示一定剂量的甜杏仁与地奥心血康能清除氧自由基,降低胆固醇。 Objective: Hyperlipidemia of the quails feeding with hypercholesterol dietary was performed in order to observe anti oxidation enzymes activity, reaction of lipid peroxidation and alteration of cardial cell structure during experimental processes. Meanwhile, the therapeutic effect involving in different dosages of apricot kernel and DiAoXinXueKang had also been observed. Methods: 64 French quails of 60 days of age divided into 4 groups (16 each) randomly and all fed on hyperholesterol diet(ch+20%lard). Two as treated groups, one (Ak 1) of them added with the powder Xinjiang apricot kernel 20g/kg/d; another (Ak 2)added 10g/kg/d; the third group, as drug control, added with a chinese traditional drug complex, named DiAoXinXueKang(DAXXK)(200mg/kg/d); the forth group without any drug, as control one. After feeding of 60 days all experimental quails were killed. The following data were checked and the results were got. Results: In association with hypercholesterolemia the serum SOD and HDL ch were found to be decreased and Serum MDA(mulondialdehyde) and the ratio of T ch/HDL ch to be increased. (2) Apricot kernel dietary group was found an increase of SOD and HDL ch,and decrease of MDA and the ratio T ch/HDL ch, the higher the dosage of apricot kernel the better. (3) AS for DAXXK, it had the same effects as higher dosage of apricot kernel dietary group. Conclusions: The results suggested optional dosage of apricot kernel and DAXXK may have favorable effects on anti aging.
