市场引导下我国煤矿钻孔与凿岩机械的发展趋势

跟据2005─2009年期间煤矿钻孔与凿岩机械安全标志产品准用证及其生产企业基本状况,分析了产品发展的变化趋势。目前,各类煤矿钻孔与凿岩机械生产企业达200多家,获安全标志准用证700多份。煤矿钻孔与凿岩机械90%以上的产品,用于煤矿锚杆支护、瓦斯治理、井下采掘和放顶爆破,其中,煤矿专用产品又占85%以上。各种类型产品中,手持式电钻的市场急剧收缩,已逐渐被手持式气动钻机替代;电动锚杆钻机和电动凿岩机已被淘汰,气动锚杆钻机以及各类气动回转式钻机、液压坑道钻机和液压钻车发展较快。分析认为,锚杆支护和瓦斯治理使用的钻孔与凿岩机械将进一步发展,特别是锚杆钻车、深孔钻车、钻装锚机组和履带式液压坑道钻机等机械化设备将大力发展;液压凿岩机与液压掘进钻车是岩巷机械化的主要发展方向;气动钻孔与凿岩机械将长期存在;煤矿用回转钻具与锚杆支护用钻具有广阔市场。

According to the grant of the safety permission of the colliery-used drilling machinery and the rock drilling machinery as well as the basic state of their manufacturing enterprises for 2005 to 2009, the variation trends of products＇ development are analyzed. At present, there are over 200 enterprises of manufacturing the drilling machinery and over 700 granted safety permission. 90% of the colliery-used drilling machinery and the rock drilling machinery is used for bolt supporting, gas control, mining and caving in underground collieries, among which, special machinery used in collieries accounts for above 85%. Among all types of the drill, the hand-holding electric drill sharply decreases in the demand and is gradually replaced with the hand-holding pneumatic drill; the electric roofbolter and the electric rock drill has been eliminated; the pneumatic roofbolter rig, various pneumatic rotary drill, the hydraulic tunnel drill and the hydraulic drill rig develop quickly. The analysis shows that the drilling machinery used for bolt supporting and gas control will further develop, especially mechanized equipments such as the roofbolter rig, deep-hole drill rig, drilling-loading-bolting rig and pedrail-typed hydraulic tunnel drill will develop greatly; the hydraulic rock drill and the hydraulic roadheader is the main development trend of mechanization in rocky tunnels; the pneumatic drill and the rock drill will exist for a long time; the colliery-used rotary drill and the drill used for bolt supporting has huge market.
