摘要
使用Pro/E软件对采煤机行走部齿轮进行三维实体建模,在其本身自带的Pro/M模块中对齿轮进行接触强度分析,比较了2种啮合状况下的齿轮接触应力,通过与赫兹接触公式的比较,证明了分析的准确性,同时也对设计是否合理做出了评估。通过接触强度分析,体现了高阶单元在有限元分析中的优势。
Pro/E is used to build a 3D model of gears of the walking unit of a shearer, and the contact strength of the gears is analyzed with Pro/M module. In addition, after comparing and contrasting the gear contact stress in two different engagement modes, the analysis accuracy is verified through the comparison of the obtained contact stress with Hertz contact formula, and the design reasonableness is evaluated also. The analysis of contact strength shows the advantages of high-ordered unit in finite element analysis.
