摘要
基于大功率煤矿倾斜下运带式输送机的技术特点和传动原理,给出了有关参数的设计方法。通过制动器力学模型的建立,导出制动力矩、做功和热容量之间的关系。以动态负载设置制动减速度,探讨了液压制动器安全在线监测系统的应用,分析回顾了已有制动装置的研究成果,比较其差异。对于大功率煤矿倾斜下运带式输送机制动装置必须采用可控制技术、制动减速度与动态负载适应,以满足煤矿安全生产要求。
According to the technical features and transmission principle of the heavy power inclined downward belt conveyor used in collieries, the design methods for relevant parameters are offered. After building a mechanical model of a brake, the relationship among braking torque, produced work and thermal capacity is deduced. Based on braking deceleration set by dynamic loading, the application of the on-line monitoring system for hydraulic brakes is discussed. Moreover, existing brake research achievements are reviewed, and the brake differences are contrasted. The control technology must be applied to the brake of the heavy power inclined downward belt conveyor used in collieries, so as to make the braking deceleration adapt to the dynamic loading and meet the requirements of safe production in collieries.
