摘要 以提高顺槽用破碎机的产品开发效率为目的,根据顺槽用破碎机的产品特点,将模块化设计用于顺槽用破碎机的产品开发,结合轮式破碎机的具体情况开展模块化设计研究,提出破碎机模块化设计流程,指出产品开发中的注意事项。模块化设计方法已在顺槽用破碎机的产品开发中获得成功应用,对具有相似特点的产品开发具有借鉴意义。 In order to enhance the development efficiency of the crusher used in laneways, according to the features of the crusher used in laneways, the modular design is applied to the development of the crusher used in laneways. In combination with the specific status of the wheeled crusher, the study on modular design is carried out, and the process flow of the modular design of the crusher is offered. Meanwhile, matters need to pay attention during the crusher development course are indicated. The modular design has been successfully applied to the development of the crusher used in laneways, which possesses references for the development of similar products.
