上海软件产业全要素生产率评价——基于Malmquist指数的分析 被引量:3

Total factor productivity evaluation of the software industry in Shanghai——Based on Malmquist

摘要 软件产业作为信息产业的重要组成部分,在新经济中扮演着核心产业的角色。本文利用2003~2009年上海市软件产业的面板数据,通过运用基于DEA距离的Malmquist指数法对上海市软件产业近年来全要素生产率变化及其构成要素进行测度和年际分析,同时,本文分中心城区、近郊区、远郊区三个地区分析了全要素生产率的地域差异。结果表明:上海市软件产业全要素生产率的整体表现较好。生产率的提高主要是依托管理水平提高,技术进步的作用相对微弱;从地域上来看,中心城区和远郊区的全要素生产率要明显好于近郊区,而带来这一差异的主要原因分别是管理水平和规模效益。最后,总结了上述实证研究结果并提出了相应的政策建议。 Software industry,as an important part of information industry,plays a key role in the new economy environment.By using Panel data of Shanghai software industry between 2003 and 2009 and applying Malmquist index approach based on DEA distance,the thesis gave a measurement and annual analysis of total factor productivity changes and components of Shanghai software industry in recent years,and detailed regional differences of the productivity,namely among downtown area,suburb and exurb.The results show that the total factor productivity of Shanghai software industry generally performs well,and productivity advancement is mainly relies on management instead of technology development.Besides,such total factor productivity in downtown and exurb is much better than that of suburb,which is relatively influenced by management and economy scale.Finally,appropriate policy is presented after summing up the above empirical findings.
