摘要
为了快速准确测定可再生湿法烟气脱硫过程有机胺吸收液中的ρ(SO24-),建立了以茜素红为指示剂,用BaC l2直接滴定测定有机胺吸收液中ρ(SO24-)的方法。实验结果表明:当试样pH为4.0~4.5时,方法的相对误差为0.28%~0.62%,加标回收率均在97%以上;SO23-的存在会使ρ(SO24-)的测定结果偏大,但偏差在1.55%以内;烟气中CO2的存在不影响ρ(SO24-)的测定。
In order to determine accurately ρ(SO4^2-) in regenerable amine absorption liquid, the new method was established by BaCl2 direct titration using alizarin red as indicator. The experimental results show that: When the sample pH is 4.0 -4.5, the relative error of the method is 0.28% -0.62%, the recovery of standard addition is above 97% ; The presence of SO3^2- will lead to a larger determinationvalue, but the deviation will be less than 1.55% ; CO2 in flue gas has no effect on the determination of ρ(SO4^2-).
