摘要
目的:了解不同运动方式对退变关节软骨的形态学影响。方法:以新西兰白兔为研究对象,用伸膝位石膏固定8 周的方法建立骨关节炎动物模型,按运动方式不同,随机分成5 组,从光镜、扫描电镜两方面观察运动对退变关节软骨的组织形态学影响。结果:关节制动可诱发关节软骨退变,运动对退变软骨具有保护和促进修复作用。结论:关节适宜运动可促进退变关节软骨的修复和重塑,增加关节稳定性。
Objective:To investigate the influence of different ways of movement upon the morphology of decayed joint cartilage of rabbits.Method:Taking Newzealand rabbits as our study objects, we have build some osteoarthritis(OA) animal models by fixing the rabbits′ left posterior knee joint in stretching state plaster for 8 weeks. According to different ways of movement, the influence of movement upon the morphology of decayed arthrochondritis under light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy were observed. Result: Joint immobilization could evoke arthrochondritis decay, while movement could serve to protect and repair decayed arthrochondritis. Conclusion:Proper degree joint movement of could be helpful to repair and rebuild decayed arthrochondritis, and make it more stable.
