摘要
目的研究中性氧化电位水(NEOW)对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC 9372)和大肠埃希菌(8099)的杀菌效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌实验,利用电解法制备NEOW,并与酸性氧化电位水(EOW)、NaClO溶液和盐酸溶液进行杀菌效果比较;通过电解工艺条件控制制备不同有效氯含量的NEOW,研究有效氯含量和杀菌时间对杀菌效果的影响。结果 NEOW同EOW一样具有高效的杀菌作用;当杀菌时间为1 min时,对大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值>8.34logcfu/mL;杀菌时间为20 min时,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭对数值>7.76 logcfu/mL,而与其有效氯浓度相同的NaClO溶液杀灭对数值为5.76 logcfu/mL,以及与EOW的pH值相同盐酸溶液杀灭对数值为3.06 logcfu/mL;增加NEOW中的有效氯含量,以及延长杀菌时间有利于提高杀菌效率。结论 NEOW具有高效、快速的杀菌作用,其pH值接近中性,可以减少对金属的腐蚀,可在医药和食品等行业中广泛应用。
Objective To study sterilizing effect of neutral electrolyzed oxidizing water(NEOW) on Bacillus subtilis var.niger(ATCC 9372) and Escherichia coli(8099).Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test was adopted.The NEOW was made in electrolysis cell.The sterilizing effects of NEOW,electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW),NaClO and HCl on Bacillus subtilis var.niger and Escherichia coli were compared.Results The sterilization rate of NEOW was the same to that of EOW.The sterilization logarithm value of NEOW for Escherichia coli was 8.34 logcfu · mL-1 in 1min and 7.76 logcfu · mL-1 in 20min for Bacillus subtilis var.niger.But the sterilization logarithm value for Bacillus subtilis var.niger of NaClO with the same available chlorine concentration value as NEOW was 5.76 logcfu · mL-1 and that of HCl with the same pH value as EOW was 3.06 logcfu · mL-1 in 20min.In addition,with the increase of available chlorine concentration and time,the sterilization rate increased.Conclusion Sterilizing effect of NEOW is efficient and quick.NEOW could be applied widely in medicine and food industry because of its netural pH.
