深圳劳务工图书馆建设和管理体制研究

Research on the Construction and Management System of Shenzhen Labor Workers Libraries

通过调查研究,分析深圳各区劳务工图书馆建设和发展情况,提出进一步推进区域资源整合的力度,从更高层面上规划图书馆事业,把劳务工分馆纳入到区域图书馆服务链整体发展战略,争取从政策和体制角度来解决各种现实问题,逐步建立劳务工图书馆服务成本和效益分析制度,探索持续发展的运作和服务机制。

Based on the investigation and research,the construction and development of Shenzhen labor workers libraries are analyzed in this paper.And the following viewpoints are put forward： Further promote regional resources integration;Plan the librarianship in a higher level;Bring the labor workers sub libraries into the development strategy of regional libraries service chain;Solve practical problems from the points of the policy and the system;Gradually set up a service cost and benefit analysis system of the labor workers libraries;And explore an operation and service mechanism in sustainable development.
