珠海市金湾区以自身的实践说明,将"农家书屋"视为公益性的公共事业,资金投入纳入区财政预算,业务归口区图书馆管理,逐步实现"农家书屋"和区图书馆的一体化,是建立"农家书屋"长效机制的可行路径。

The practice of Jinwan Library of Zhuhai shows that it is a feasible way to establish the long-term mechanism of farmhouse library by the gradual integration of farmhouse library and district library,taking farmhouse library as public service for public good,with its fund input included into the district financial budget and its operations conducted under the centralized management of district library.
