摘要
目的:探讨乳腺癌血清中HIF-1α和Her-2的表达水平、二者相关性及其对乳腺癌临床诊断的价值。方法:悬浮芯片法检测117例乳腺原发癌、10例复发乳腺癌、20例乳腺良性肿瘤和31例正常人血清HIF-1α和Her-2含量。结果:原发、复发乳腺癌血清HIF-1α和Her-2水平高于良性肿瘤和正常人(P<0.01),复发乳腺癌高于原发乳腺癌(P<0.05),良性肿瘤和正常人血清中HIF-1α和Her-2的水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同病理类型组内血清HIF-1α和Her-2含量有统计学差异(P<0.05);乳腺癌患者血清HIF-1α和Her-2的水平呈正相关(P=0.00)。结论:血清HIF-1α和Her-2能准确反映乳腺癌的生物学特性,是评估乳腺癌患者预后的重要指标。
Objective To explore the expression Of hypoxia induced factor -1α(HIF-1α) and Her-2 in the serum of breast cancer, and the relationship between the two as well as its value in clinical diagnose of breast cancer. Method Suspension array was used to test the content of serum HIF-1α and Her-2 in 117 cases of original breast can-cer, 10 cases of recurrent breast cancer, 20 cases of benign breast tumor and 31 healthy people. Result The expressions of serum HIF-1α and Her-2 in original and recurrent breast cancer are obviously higher than benign tumor and healthy people (P 〈 0.01 ). Recurrent breast cancer is significantly higher than original ones (P 〈 0.05). No statistically differences in either HIF-1α or Her-2 were found between benign tumor and healthy people (P 〉 0.05). The expression of serum HIF-1α and Her-2 goes up with the increasing rate of the different stages of breast, cancer, histological grade, the size of tumor. It increases with lymph node metastasis (P 〈 0.01 ) with sortie gaps in statistics within the group (P 〈 0.05). The positive correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and Her-2 was observed in the patients of breast cancer (P = 0.00). Conclusion Serum HIF-1α and Her-2 may accurately reflect the biological characteristics of breast eaneer and play an important role in evaluating prognosis.
