免疫健全者肺隐球菌病3例报告及诊疗现状分析 被引量：2

摘要 肺隐球菌病（PC）主要由新型隐球菌感染引起，是一种相对少见的肺部真菌感染，近年该病的发病率有上升趋势。以往报道该病多在艾滋病或其他原因导致的免疫缺陷患者中发生，而正常宿主较少发生。笔者总结工作期间3例免疫健全患者确诊PC经过．结合文献，就目前免疫健全者PC的诊疗现状作一分析。
