亲环素A在动脉粥样硬化形成和发展中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)是一种在生物界广泛存在、高度保守的蛋白质.最初作为环孢素A(cyclosporinA.CsA)的细胞受体被发现。CyPA具有肽酰脯氨酰顺反异构酶(PPlase),在细胞内与CsA结合,介导免疫抑制;参与胆固醇转运,维持细胞内胆固醇的动态平衡;诱导炎性细胞聚集,发挥前炎性因子功能:刺激血管平滑肌细胞增殖参与血管损伤后重塑等多种病理过程,促进动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis.AS)的发生发展。本文就CyPA在AS形成中的病理作用机制作一综述。
